Musical sequences are for Light-O-Rama* users only.
Pricing is based on the number of channels and the length of the song.
There may be a one-time set-up fee for the LOR animation and/or Visualizer.
No orders are scheduled and no work is performed until a 50% deposit is received.
Jobs are scheduled in the order deposits are received.  An
approximate finish date can be given then.
When sequencing time is sold out for the year it's sold out.
Clients rarely cancel custom sequencing jobs, so order early.
Please Note:  DMX programming is not available.
Limited RGB programming is available.  Contact us to discuss those details.

Song lengths are calculated in 15 second intervals and are rounded up to the next
quarter-minute.  That means if a song length is 2:07, it will be charged as though it was 2:15.

The optional one-time setup fee is for drawing the animation of your house/yard into the LOR
Sequence Editor's Animation OR Visualizer.  If you already have a current configuration file that
you want to use which has that done you need to email it before your order can be accepted.
TERMS & CONDITIONS

Client must provide the music file(s) in mp3 or .wav format, for their sequence(s).  We do not sell music.
The music file(s), along with any edits, will be returned to client with the completed sequence(s).

Client is responsible for providing a description of the planned display and a day-time photo of the house
and property from a straight-on front view if you want us to create the Animation or Visualizer.  (If your
house and yard won't fit into a single picture take two side-by-side and we'll stitch them together.)  The
display description needs to include what kinds of lights or devices are being used and where they'll be
placed.  The amount of detail you provide is commensurate with the quality of the finished sequence(s).

Client must possess Light-O-Rama Showtime software in order to be able to use a sequence to control
lights.  Clearwater Lights is a volunteer software beta tester for LOR.  Accordingly, we use only the most
current version of LOR software to create sequences.  The current public-release version is
3.1.4  If you
use earlier software versions, please be aware that Clearwater Lights sequences might generate errors or
simply refuse to open.  Controllers must be upgraded with firmware 4.30 or higher. Older firmware
versions might not be able to recognize all of the sequence's lighting effects.

At this time payment terms are limited to personal checks, cashier's checks, or money orders.  A minimum
deposit of one-half the total price is required at the time you place your order, and payment in full is
required before the finished sequence(s) is/are delivered.  All rates include unlimited email and/or
telephone support for one year from date of delivery.

Sequencing is subjective and people's tastes are different, so the more information you
provide regarding your preferences, the more likely you'll enjoy the finished product.  Please
view Clearwater Lights videos BEFORE you order to get a feel for the sequencing style you
can expect.  When you order custom sequencing you're paying for the time and talent it takes
to create each sequence from scratch.
There is NO REFUND given once work has begun on an
order.
We will promptly correct any mistakes or remedy minor issues, but any significant
re-working of a sequence after delivery will incur additional charges.
